Visitors have the right to inspect stored personal data, and personal data may be deleted on request, however, this may result in difficulties or in preventing the implementation of warranty and post-warranty service.

The basis for the processing of personal data is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016). and "a sales contract or actions taken at the request of the Customer, aimed at its conclusion (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), the legal obligation of the Seller related to accounting (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the Seller consisting in the processing of data in order to establish, investigate or defend possible claims (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
