Delivery and shipping time

1.       Purchased products are delivered to the address provided in the order form.

2.       We ship internationally to customers in over 70 countries. Orders are fulfilled from our regional warehouses in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. Wherever possible, your order is shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.

3.       Estimated delivery time is 7-9 business days for products available in stock, counted from the date of dispatch. Lead time for pre-order or made-to-order products may be longer and is listed on the relevant product page. If the estimated completion date changes, we will notify the Customer by email at the address provided when placing the order.

4.       If a product has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@milerd.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

Customs duties and import taxes

Because we ship from regional warehouses located in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates:

●        In most cases, your order ships from a warehouse within the same customs/tax zone as your delivery address (for example, US to US, EU to EU, or UK to UK). In these cases, no customs duties or import taxes apply.

●        If your order ships across customs zones (for example, from our EU warehouse to Switzerland, or from our US warehouse to Canada), the destination country's customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the product price or collected by us at checkout.

●        If you are charged customs duties or import taxes on delivery, contact us at info@milerd.com with proof of payment (for example, the courier's invoice or receipt), and we will reimburse you for that amount.
