Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy applies to customers worldwide, in addition to any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the law of your country or state of residence.
1. Right to return
You may return most items within 14 days of the date of delivery, for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging (including the box). Devices that are scratched, dirty, or in damaged or bent packaging cannot be accepted for return.
2. How to start a return
Before sending anything back, contact us at info@milerd.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm your return and provide you with the correct return address for your region — we operate regional warehouses in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, and will direct you to the one closest to you. Items sent back without contacting us first, or without the sender's contact information, may not be accepted and may delay processing.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund through Shopify back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer or payment provider. We do not process refunds by bank transfer or cash on delivery, and we do not accept returns sent to a parcel locker or pickup point.
4. Who this applies to
The right of return described in this policy is available to consumers — individuals purchasing for personal use, and sole traders where applicable under local law — and does not apply to resellers, distributors, or dealers purchasing in bulk.
5. Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@milerd.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your country or state of residence. Where those rights are broader than this policy, they will take precedence.
